The rental units listed on this page are examples of housing typically available. Actual vacancies vary by price and size. If you are interested in applying to rent a home, please follow the steps below:

-Call us at (215)426-8734 to learn more about available homes and apartments.
-Complete the Online Rental Application in the link at the bottom of this page to be added to our Waiting List.
-When you have been contacted about your application, print out and complete the Rental Application with supporting documents (see bottom of page). Bring the completed application to our office at 174 Diamond Street for review.
-A criminal background check and credit report will be conducted.
-Two interviews will follow: NSCA will visit the applicant at their current residence. Then the applicant may be invited for a second interview with NSCA's Housing Committee.
