NSCA is the Registered Community Organuzation for the Norris Square neighborhood and hosts monthly meetings of the Zoning Committee.
The Zoning Committee is comprised of volunteer members all working to monitor the various requests for zoning variances taking place in the Norris Square community. The purpose of the Zoning Committee is to conduct public forums to discuss and review applicant requests for zoning variances occuring within the boundaries of the Norris Square RCO. Membership on the Zoning Committee is open to those who live within or near the boundaries of the Norris Square RCO. Meetings are open to the public, but voting is limited to those who live or own a business within 1/4 mile of the propose project.
