Head Start

The NSCA Head Start program is a full day program for children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old. NSCA offers a full immersion dual language curriculum, preparing students to have a command of both English and Spanish when they enter kindergarten.  The NSCA Head Start program includes:

  • Accommodations for Children with Special Needs
  • Three Hot Family Style Meals Per Day
  • Dual Language Immersion Curriculum (English and Spanish)
  • Exposure to Puerto Rican Culture and Heritage
  • Experienced and Certified Bilingual Staff
  • Extended Hours Upon Request (7:30am - 6:30pm)
  • Flexible Pay Options (Including Subsidies)
  • Health and Wellness Screenings

 

 

To be eligible for Head Start, children must be 3 years old by September 1, 2018. Family income must also be below the federal income guidelines listed below:
