The Norris Square Civic Association Children Center's mission is to prepare young children to enter the school system with the solid knowledge of Spanish and English language, Puerto Rican/Latino culture, and ethnic identity. The Children's Center has a dual language educational-social program for children between the ages of 12 months to 5 years old. Our program offers activities in a dual language immersion environment where child's creativity and play is leading them to school readiness. We engage in partnerships with our parents and our community, setting up the stage for building a strong community.

Our State Licensed Norris Square Children's Center has: 4 STARS of Keystone STARS Program

• USDA Nutrition Program Center
• Federal Head Start Program
• Dual Language Curriculum (English and Spanish) to fit everyone's needs
• Experienced and certified bilingual staff
• Extended hours from 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
• Three family style hot meals every day
• Flexible pay options (including subsidies)
