Property Management

Our mission is to offer affordable rental housing , were our tenants can benefit with the other NSCA department programs to improve their lives. NSCA has a variety of rental housing to match the community needs, one, two and three bedroom apartments, large family homes, to apartments designed for our senior population. New applications are accepted all year long.

Below is a list of what NSCA has to offer:

• 21 Town Houses
• 2 Large Houses
• 27 Apartments (1,2 or 3 bedrooms)
• 35 Apartments for Senior Citizens located right above the Senior center

• 1-3 Bedroom Apartment ($618.00)

After September 30th:

• 2-1 Bedroom Apartments ($444.00-$394.00)
• 1-2 Bedroom Apartment ($497.00)
